Ronice and Buffy developed a team in 2017. Both are dedicated to building a brand that is not only about buying/selling real estate, but one that thrives on educating those that wish to learn about real estate and its benefits. Buffy loves speaking to people one-on-one and Ronice enjoys speaking to crowds - creating the perfect balance. Together they began taking on new agents in 2020 that all have special characteristics that flow with the business model they have worked so hard to develop. Their motto/tagline: "We're More Than Realtors; We’re Residential Matchmakers" reaches far beyond their daily duties of helping customers. They take pleasure in becoming a resource for their customers before, during and after the home or building is leased, bought, or sold. Dracheka "Buffy" BarrottKnown as “Buffy” by everyone, Dracheka (Dra-she-ca) Barrott was born and raised in the quaint town of Fort Meade, FL (Polk County). She moved to Orlando in 1996 to obtain a degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida (GOOOOO Knights!). She furthered her education and received a Masters in Business Administration. Although those began as a great asset on her resume it was when she obtained her real estate license in 2009 that she found what she really wanted to do. Helping others with obtaining something that they had only dreamt of, developing bonds, meeting new people, helping families transition from one home to another, assisting families after tragedies and being a part of their lives when they are celebrating has all developed how she has come to love being a Realtor.
She is a part of a family of four. Wife to Alfredo Barrott, Jr. and mom to Jordan & Jestine. Actively involved in various community activities, Administrator of One Accord Outreach International Church of Fort Meade, and an active member of the African American Chamber of Central Florida. Excited to be a part of the Edgewood community and eager to assist buyers, sellers, investors and neighborhoods as a whole. |
Ronice L. JacksonMeet Ronice Jackson, originally from the Tropical Island of St. Croix, in US Virgin Islands. Ronice loves spending time with her family and killing the mic at Karaoke (which means she cannot sing). She is also the proud mother of Shomauri Gumbs a student at the University of the Virgin Islands, and the alma mater of his mom.
To expand her real estate career Ronice relocated to Orlando, Florida in 2013 where she continued her career in commercial real estate. However, because she love’s seeing smiles on the faces of others and passionate about house hunting and everything HGTV related she decided to merge those two loves becoming a residential real estate agent in 2015, which by the way she absolutely loves. Her motto is "begin each day with a grateful heart". She looks forward to meeting you!! |
