This service includes: 

• Listing the home (shown on all syndicated Realtor sites)
• Showing (inclusive of Open Houses, if needed)
• Obtaining tenants for your property
• Screening tenants (including credit & background checks)
• Collecting security deposit and first month's rent
• Lease preparation/Lease signing
• Final walkthrough/Key distribution
• Ensure each tenant complies with lease
• Manage tenant evictions, as-needed
• Property maintenance/inspection services
• Payments and record keeping services
• Monthly statements
• Annual 1099 tax form distribution

Fee: 75% of one month’s rent per property plus 10% of monthly rent starting on the 2nd month (annual renewal fees apply)
